Not your everyday curry house...
Partners Sham, Mohammad and Sarah would like to welcome you to Rumi’s Restaurant.
Sham worked at the family restaurant in York for many years, but always had a desire to branch out and open a place of his own naming it in loving memory of his late sister.
With years of experience between them, the 3 partners came together to see the dream come true. Over the last year or so this team has spent months carefully restoring the former NFU building – finally completing an area of Beverley which has been long over due a renovation.
Rumi’s is proud to announce that all their ingredients are sourced from local suppliers to support the local community and surrounding areas. Rumi’s locally sourced produce also ensures the food you eat is packed full of flavour and kept as traditional as desired. Rumi’s commitment to fresh ingredients is second to none.
Our commitment to the local area is such, that every year we will pick a local charity. Where we aim to raise as much money as possible – so please be generous. Full details of our chosen charity will appear within the restaurant.
Community spirit and customer satisfaction is at the very forefront of everything we do. With a long-term plan to put Rumi’s into the heart of the community and the residents it serves.
